We have exciting programmes of development coming up that help you to focus on your career in a completely positive and holistic way. We know that you can’t look at work in isolation, you are a mother, you have a family, community, life that you care about.
We know the challenges that really effect women, and in particular mothers within a work environment. Perhaps deciding what next for you career wise (something new?) is the big obstacle. Never formal, none of that corporate trainer thing, always stuff that really works and makes a difference.

Often a massive part of getting your groove back after motherhood is deciding what next with work post maternity leave. Lifebulb is an organisation which aims to support and empower women with everything involved in this process.

Guilty Mothers Club-3This is a one-off 2 hour Yoga workshop, entitled Nourish & Revitalise by Releasing Tension. Experienced Yoga teacher, Mum and all round balanced lady Janine at The Yoga Rooms in Chorlton will be focusing on women specific issues like pelvic floor as well as targeting those pesky tight areas around neck and shoulders. There will also be time to meet other Mothers and catch up over coffee and cake at the end. 2.5 hours of time away from everything, focusing on yourself! Limited places, get involved here.


Female fitnessThe Warrior Programme: An 8 week group training programme designed to help you get faster, fitter, stronger, leaner. No fad diets here, a sensible nutrition plan to use and an amazing community of fellow Guilty Mothers for inspiration and motivation along the way. Before and after photos optional, non judgemental support when we can’t get off the sofa less so!
